New to yoga? Don’t you fret.

Everyone’s journey with movement is unique and we’re here to be a place for all of it - the tough moments, the amazing wins, the coming home to your body, or the acceptance of it just as it is.

 

Step 1

Register

Fill out your intake form online through the Mindbody app. If you are under 18, a parent must sign. Once you’ve registered and created a profile, you’ll be able to purchases passes or memberships and begin to book classes!

Step 2

Fuel up

Be sure to arrive well-hydrated with PLENTY of water! Make sure you’re also well nourished with a small snack, you’ll need energy for your class! Try to avoid a full stomach.

Step 3

Arrive early

Please arrive 15 minutes before your class, so our instructors can check you in, give you a tour and answer any questions you may have. The doors will be locked as soon as class begins.

Step 4

Get cozy

Set your mat down on one of our marked spaces to ensure enough spots for everyone. Don’t forget to a full water bottle, yoga mat & towel! (We also have mat & towel rentals available for $3)

Step 5

Enjoy

Sit back, relax, and follow your instructor's lead. We never judge and it’s ok to pause or take a sip of water when you feel like doing so. Listen to your body.

 

Things to know

Arrival time

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the class start time.

Come dressed in comfortable workout attire and we will take care of the rest! If you are a new rider and arrive within 5 minutes of the class, we may ask you to book into another class as there isn't enough time to properly get you signed in, waivers signed, and set you up properly to have the best experience possible. Thank you for your understanding!

Age requirements

Students must be a minimum of 12 years of age to practice, with the ability to practice safely and comfortably within our classes, determined at the discretion of our staff. 

All students under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

All students under 18 years of age must complete a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to class.

Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, you will be added to a waitlist. If a student has not checked in at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class, their spot will be given away to the next student on the waitlist. Any students who arrive after class has begun will not be allowed entry to the class. Please note that if you are on the waitlist, you must intend to come to the class. If you no longer are able, it is the responsibility of the student to remove yourself from the waitlist, and late cancellations still apply if you are added to the class roster from the waitlist within the late cancellation window.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel reservations up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your enrolled class. Reservations canceled after this time, will not be subject to a refund and will be charged for 50% of the cost of our drop in price ($11). No shows will be charged the full cost of a drop in price ($22).
