Yoga classes

  • A Yin/Yang styled class where students will start off strong with an active and dynamic Yang practice to energize and strengthen the body. Students will then finish the class off with passive floor postures for several minutes in order to prepare both the body and the mind for more mindful experiences throughout the day. All levels welcome.

  • Challenge yourself in this intermediate Vinyasa style class. Students will pair their breath with movement in a physical practice that encourages a transformative and balancing effect in your body. We will move at moderate to fast pace, building heat within the body as well as strength, flexibility,and stamina. Both heated and not heated classes available.

    **This class is not recommended for beginners or those recovering from injuries**

  • A gentle, yet invigorating practice intended to create relaxation and rejuvenation within the body and mind through slow movements and gentle sequences. It is perfect for releasing tight joints, improving flexibility. Perfect for all levels as the slow movements allow for detailed instructions and focus on alignment postures.

  • This dynamic and balanced Rocket Vinyasa class will challenge you with constant movement, and deep pranayama, to help take your practice to the next level. Exploring arm balances, inversions, and intermediate poses all intertwined within a strong fast flowing practice. This class takes the primary Ashtanga series and sprinkles in some more challenging poses (modifications are offered). All levels welcome.

  • This is a broad range of yoga classes. The word vinyasa means "breath synchronized movement." In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or exhale This technique is sometimes referred to as flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Vinyasa's strength is in its diversity. there is no single philosophy, rulebook or sequence that teachers must follow, so there is a lot of room for individual personalities and quirks to come through. If you enjoy having things a little loose and unpredictable and like to move, this is the perfect yoga style. All levels welcome. Both heated and not heated classes available.(Modifications offered for beginners or injuries)

  • This class is designed specifically for your hips. This class will focus on yoga postures the strengthen and open the hips. All levels welcome. Both heated and not heated classes available.

  • For the beginner yogi with 10 classes or less of previous practice. Students will be instructed through a slow flow class designed to teach them introductory postures and alignment principles. This is not a workshop but rather a serial class meant to introduce new students to yoga. Held in a heated room.

  • A challenging Vinyasa class that blends core strengthening exercises and yoga, held in a heated room. This core focused flow class is an opportunity to build strength in a yoga setting. You can expect the sequencing to incorporate many blocks of strengthening throughout. Some previous yoga experience recommended.

  • This style of practice will promote strength, as well as increased flexibility while also supporting joint health and mobility, and can be a great way to de-stress on all levels in a heated room. Experience an intentional practice with a focus on proper body mechanics and physical alignment paired with mindfulness and encouraged harmonization of the body, mind and spirit. All levels welcome.

  • Unwind from the previous week and set yourself up for the week ahead with our Sunday Reset class in a heated room. This class will pair gentle movement with the breath to allow yourself to reach a state of relaxation and calm. This gentle hatha style class will also incorporate restorative postures. All levels welcome.

  • A perfect complement to the yang of spin class, yin yoga is a slower paced class, held in a heated room, that targets the deep connective tissues: your fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. Each pose is held for 3-5 minutes, allowing you to settle in, breathe deeply, and stretch your body and mind. All levels welcome.

  • Parenthood is a journey that starts from the moment you find out you are expecting and never really ends. This six-week prenatal yoga session is intended to bring together a dynamic group of parents 2B, focusing on yoga to calm, create inner awareness, and nurture in a supportive group setting.

    One class will include an exclusive session with a birth doula and motherhood mentor, practicing modern holistics with expertise as a babywearing educator. Grace Pastuck - Graceful Birth Doula

    Yoga sessions will be led by Heidi, mother of two daughters and GG in training. Heidi has a passion for yoga and creating new friendships and community for new parents to be.

    No previous yoga experience is required.

    **Connecting with other mamas & babies is vital to your postpartum journey, so we do require a 4 participant minimum in order to run the class.

  • Challenge yourself with a class of heavy resistance drills that will simulate riding up hills, designed to build your leg strength. Suitable for all levels.

  • Join us on a challenging and fun journey of intense cardio and muscular conditioning. You'll hit beats with every pedal stroke while focusing on empowerment & transformation. All levels welcome.

  • This interval packed, rhythm-based ride keeps you working hard for 35 minutes (including cooldown), so you can have time to sneak in a ride on your lunch break!

  • Start your weekend off right with a high-energy ride! Have fun and work up a sweat with a mix of endurance and strength interval drills that will have you cycling to the beat and dancing your way into an amazing weekend.

  • If you like bass, you're in the right place. This rhythm based ride is packed full of heavy hills and high resistance drills. This workout focuses on riding to the beat with a high intensity, low impact training style. All levels welcome.

  • This toasty ride is specially designed with your assets in mind. Join in for 45 minutes of conditioning that emphasizes the glutes, core and hamstrings. Hill climbs and hovers aside, this ride features multiple sets of weighted upper body sequences to give you a total body burn. Peachy! All levels welcome.
