FAQ

  • Doors now will open 15 minutes prior to class start time. Please note that doors will lock once class starts so please make sure you do not arrive late, we won't be able to let you in!

  • You will need a yoga mat, towel or yoga towel (if you're coming to hot yoga or sweat lots or both...), and a filled water bottle.

  • You will need to bring either regular running shoes to strap into our bikes, or spin shoes compatible with our SPD clips. We do not supply spin shoes at this time, but hope to in the future. And be sure to bring a full water bottle!

  • Most start with our Classic ride. Regardless of which ride you choose, you can modify a hōm ride to your own fitness level.

  • We recommend starting with our beginner basic flow class. If you head to our class descriptions page, you will also find which classes are great for all levels.

  • Before your first class, you need to sign a waiver. If you are under 18, you need one signed by a parent IN PERSON. Please arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before your class, so we can give you a tour of the studio, and help get you setup.

  • We are currently waiting for our lockers to come back in stock to bring into the studio! For the time being you are welcome to leave your items in the change rooms, or beside you in class. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause for the time being!

  • We do! These are offered as 6-week programs throughout the year. Contact us to find out when the next pre-natal classes are going to be available!

  • Yes! Absolutely yes. This practice is for every body. Our instructors will guide you through, one step at a time.

  • For yoga - wear comfortable clothing and you will be barefoot. For spin - Think leggings, shorts, t-shirts, and crop-tops—comfortable, light, and airy. Feel free to bring a pullover or hoodie you can easily take off once class gets going.

  • Parking is available on the East and North side of the Block 50 building. If those lots are full, there is also street parking available on 49 Street just behind us.

  • We offer yoga mat and towel rentals for $3.

  • We are excited to have you be part of our hōm! To sign up, you can either email the studio at hello@homyogaandspin.com or register directly on the Mindbody app.

  • If ever there is a class that has less than 3 students booked up to 2 hours before class time starts, we may cancel the class.

  • We do not at this time, but that is something we are wanting to have available in the future when our space can accommodate for it.

  • These passes have an expiry date of 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Please read the fine print on promotions and deals.

  • We strongly recommend pre-registering for classes online through the Mindbody app to help the check-in process be as smooth and seamless as possible for you. If a class is full, you can also jump onto the waitlist. When a spot becomes available, the next person in line will be added to the class.
